The Positive Intelligence Program is a mental fitness program that enables wellness, performance, and positive relationships.
This 6-week program has been clinically proven to rewire your brain from fear to love and light, from negativity to positivity, from inaction to laser-focused action.
On an MRI, Doctors can see decreased grey matter in the parts of the brain where your fears, negative thoughts, beliefs, and habits stem from (our Saboteurs), and increased grey matter in the parts of the brain that spark curiosity, empathy, innovation, wisdom, and inspired action (our Sage brain).
The program is led by the Founder of Positive Intelligence, Stanford University Lecturer, Shirzad Chamine, and guided by me, Lauren Kinghorn.
